kernel arquitenctura x86-64-V4

Tengo un AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS que utiliza la arquitectura x86-64-v4, he visto que a traves de vuestro instalador del Kernel puedo seleccionar el Kernel 7.2.2 zen x86-64-v4.
Mi duda es la siguiente, SOPLOS con e Kernel que te acabo de comentar, ¿utiliza la arquitectura x86-64-v4 solo a nivel de kernel (imagino que si) o lo utiliza nativamente (es decir, compila sus repositorios de paquetes y el kernel especificamente optimizadas para x86-64-v4, como ocurre en cachy os)?
